Kaylea does not like spicy food, so finding a chili recipe that she liked was quite a challenge. After a lot of trial and error we finally found this one - and she LOVES it!
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, minced
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 can Busch's Mild Chili Beans
1 can Water
1/4 c. Ketchup
3 1/2 TB Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 tsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Brown ground beef then drain. Add onions to pan and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Put meat, onions, and remaining ingredients into a stock pot. Simmer on low for an hour.
