Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cup S'mores

1 tube refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
8 tsp. Hot Fudge ice cream topping
8 large Marshmallows
8 Peanut Butter cups (full size, not miniature)

Slice cookie dough into 16 equal pieces and bake according to package directions. Meanwhile slice each marshmallow into 4 pieces, set aside. When cookies are done, remove from the oven and work quickly to assemble the s'mores. Top one cookie with a teaspoon of hot fudge sauce, 4 pieces of marshmallow, 1 peanut butter cup, and then top with a second cookie. Continue until you have made 8 s'more sandwiches.
